I’ve been a paid subscriber since 2012. Crunchyroll used to be a great service. I watch on ROKU. Last 2-3 yrs, Crunchyroll is trying to do more about its online stream, than set top box services. Yes, it lags. It is slow to load, and has glitches. The only way to actually get a response from Crunchyroll is to do a bit of old fashion research.
