Since your PC is connecting fine to the internet and your home network, more than likely you have more than one possible network connection available for use. You could manipulate the lights somewhat by hard setting the link speed and duplex from Device Manager, properties of the NIC, on the advanced tab. American Red Cross Jun 25, 2018 · The internet icon has a red cross on it and it cant 'see' wifi connections. I checked the network adapters as most of the solution for this problem include uninstalling the wifi adapter driver then restarting the pc.
